Mobile water treatment plants
The VIWA line of products features fully automated water treatment plants. The installed technology makes treatment of raw water from different ground and surface sources possible. The modular concept of subsequent units built into ISO 1C containers enables prompt deployment in emergency situations and crises. It is a full substitute for stationary treatment facilities and supplies drinking water for 5,000-15,000 people. The combination of modules may produce higher capacity plants. Low operating costs and easy installation makes this equipment the best choice in emergency situations such as floods and droughts, in refugee camps, as equipment for mobile projects, or as a stationary plant for communities or villages.
VIWA 5 - VIWA 5 employs fully automated standard and special water treatment methods, including removal of colour, taste and odour by final filtration on granular activated carbon and a special UV filter. The plant produces drinking water surpassing the usual standards applying to bottled drinking water. Additional equipment mounted in ISO 1C containers allows manufacture and filling of PET bottles.
VIWA PACK 750 – VIWA PACK 750 is a mobile water treatment filling line, producing 750 x 1.5 litres per hour
VIWA BLOW – VIWA BLOW is a blow-molding machine, producing 700 PE bottles per hour
VIWA OFF-ROAD is a water treatment plant for supplying standard quality drinking water. It is mounted on a trailer chassis, which can be transported by any kind of truck, even in rough terrain.
