From the outset MRC will work with you to specify and integrate a practical approach to security by designing the corporate policy and procedures for all requirements that will fit with the culture of your organisation balanced subtly against the risk and specific threats. This will include detailed business continuity, crisis management planning, evacuation procedures and assistance with task coordination. Following on MRC will assist practically with the recruitment and training of personnel to fulfill job specifications and the requirements of a policy or contract for both in house and outsourced providers adhering to quality focused industry standards and customer care strategies.
Aligned with MRC is a sophisticated ‘online’ recruitment network of associate specialists with comprehensive skill-sets from their former military service, police or professional security backgrounds incorporating technical experience and qualifications. All of the specialists' details are recorded via the ‘live’ online database maintained on a secure server in the UK.
